The boyfriend and I tried Forcella in the East Village for dinner the other night. I loved the chic interior with exposed brick and chandeliers – I dream of having an apartment with a similar look.
I started with the delicious positano insalate – baby spinach, sundried tomatoes, beets, and warm goat cheese. The boyfriend had the burrata with prosciutto di parma. We shared a bottle of Chianti and the quattro formaggi pizza. It had the perfect blend of smoky and fresh cheese flavors.
We left feeling completely satisfied – we enjoyed a yummy meal in a comfortable, casual ambiance, and we’ll definitely be returning!
